Please ensure you add the names who will be redeeming on the order form as this will be added to the gift voucher. A code will be generated and added to the gift voucher. This is a one-time code that will be redeemed via email.
Instructions will be added to the gift voucher on how to redeem the voucher.
The voucher is only valid for 1 year from the day of purchase. After the year purchase date, no refund will be executed.
When the voucher is deemed and the order is under the value, no monetary value will be refunded.
If the purchase is over the value of £25.00 full payment is required for the additional costs.
